2.神经节苷脂GM3 及其衍生物的合成、生物活性研究；
3.以糖为手性源的抗癌、降血糖药物先导化合物及其衍生物的合成、活性研究；
4. 有机合成方法学的研究及其在天然产物合成中的应用。
